Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only.

Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Items purchased on sale or as part of combos are non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

• Stationery items (pens, erasers, pencil pouches)
• Return gift combos
• Slime kits and art supplies (once opened)
• Items marked as "non-returnable" on product page

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refund will be sent via UPI/bank transfer

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, WhatsApp us with the unboxing video within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
