Delivery Timelines

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Delivery within Bangalore: 2-4 business days
• Delivery to rest of India: 5-7 business days
• Remote/rural areas may take an additional 2-3 days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499: flat ₹60 shipping charge
• Bulk orders (10+ items): free shipping regardless of amount

We ship via trusted courier partners including India Post, Delhivery, and Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp. You can use it to track your package on the courier partner's website.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, the order will be returned to us
• Re-shipping charges will apply for returned shipments
• Please ensure your phone number is reachable for delivery coordination
